Inverness City Riverside Modern Flat for holiday rental. This well decorated and comfortable two bedroomed flat is in a quiet location, within easy walking distance to theatre, restaurants, and the city centre.

The property consists of two double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower and wc) and separate bathroom, lounge, kitchen and hall. The flat is well decorated and appointed, with wifi, television, and fully equipped kitchen. It has fine outlooks to the river, castle and to the hills around. With car parking, and location, it makes for a well positioned holiday flat for enjoying the amenities of Inverness.

Inclusive of bed linen and towels, a welcome pack and an electric and gas allocation. A deposit is required prior to let. Access to the apartment starts at 4 pm. while guests should depart at 10 am. A minimum of five nights is required during the peak holiday season. A shorter period may be negotiated in September.

Two bicycles and a set of golf clubs are available

The location is in an apartment area close to the River Ness.

The area is attractive with river walkways illuminated in the evening and close to the Theatre and Cinema, restaurants, parks and leisure facilities.

While it is within easy reach of the City Centre, and the apartment area is remarkably quiet and calm.

Inverness is at the capital of the Highlands and there are so many different options for holiday excursions and activities.

A car can be an asset to travel around, and there is a parking space available. Inverness is the centre of a public transport network: From Inverness airport there are flights to Amsterdam, Belfast, Dublin, Geneva, London (Gatwick, Luton and Heathrow), the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Manchester and Bristol. There are direct train connections to Aberdeen, Perth, all other Scottish cities, and to Wick and Thurso in the north, and to Kyle of Lochalsh in the West, as the gateway to the Island of Skye. Scottish Citylink and coach connections are to Scottish Cities, and to Fort William, and Ullapool, and also to London, and Birmingham.

We will talk through the use of the apartment, and indicate local shopping, restaurants and discuss your particular interests for your stay. Then hand over keys. You will have our mobile number for any further contact or emergency. When you leave you will deposit keys in a named place

“Lovely quiet flat 15 mins walk from city centre”

Used as base with a friend for a weekend away. Lovely clean flat, with nice views over the River Ness and only 15 mins walk from city centre. Would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to friends and family.
