This fabulous townhouse has plenty space for up to 8 guests, with 2 double rooms, one of which is situated downstairs with ensuite shower room, a triple room (double & single bed) and a single room. There is a stunning new family bathroom comprising pedestal bath, large shower cubicle and double sink unit. The kitchen is fully fitted and contains everything you will need during your stay. As well as a breakfast bar, there is a dining table seating 8, set beside the french doors leading out to the enclosed private garden. There is also a WC situated just at the back door. The living room is large and comfortable, with wonderful high ceilings and a large bay window. The house has a 2nd floor which has been converted into a large chill out/games room, perfect for the kids to enjoy their own space!

Ness House is ideal for large families, families that like to holiday together, or even smaller families that like to enjoy plenty space whilst on holiday. The house is spread over 3 floors so can accommodate the whole family. It is fully equipped throughout with everything you will need during your stay, and really is a home from home. It is situated in a perfect location with great access to the Town Centre, and also to Eden Court, which is only a few minutes away.

The house has a small well-maintained garden to the front of the property that is walled in. The garden runs round the side of the house and has been converted into a large tarred private parking area with high walls and access gate. There is ample space for about 4 cars in this area. To the rear of the property, there is a grassed garden that has been fenced off to allow the kids to play safely. There is outdoor seating here for 8, so you can enjoy the summer evenings around the BBQ! There are french doors leading from this area into the kitchen area.

"A wonderful house near the city centre and with excellent parking"

This is a super house--very well maintained and equipped. It is only 5 mins walk to town. There is safe off-street parking for at least 3 cars--a real bonus in that area. Debbie is really friendly and helpful too.

"Wonderful place to stay, Central location."

We stayed in this house for 5 nights, we were 5 women in total ranging from 28 to 80 years old. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need and more. It was modern, bright and clean and at the same time had the century home charm. It was ideally located, 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 to the main street. We were extremely comfortable there and would rent it again in a heartbeat. It was reasonably priced to top it off.

So glad you all enjoyed your stay.....and we would gladly have you all back in a heartbeat!!

"Great house and location"

I stayed in this house with a group of 5 friends whilst in inverness for work. The house is ideally located to the centre of town, and is only a short walk form the river and Eden Court theatre. The rates for the property are very reasonable for the area, and the owner Debbie is great to deal with. The house has a large back garden, and the kitchen and living room are ideal for a large group staying. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked up for our next visit.

"Excellent House and Great Service"

I booked this house for a group of friends to stay in for 4 days in Inverness. The service was excellent! I was allowed in to have a look before booking to make sure it was suitable, and all the communication leading up to the booking was great. The house itself is really big, very comfortable and was ideal for my guests. It is a short walk to the city centre with all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also great value for money! I will definitely book again if I need a large house and would highly recommend.
