NEW TO HOLIDAY RENTAL MARKET OCTOBER 2015

A clean, tastefully decorated, modern, self-catering annexe in a quiet residential location within two golf courses with superb views over the city to the hills in the distance, located close to all amenities, five minute drive from the main A9 and from the city centre.

The annexe has a double bedroom with built in double wardrobe and ample drawer space. There is a television with freeview channels and a built in DVD player.

The Shower room has a modern suite and is located between the bedroom and lounge.

The lounge/kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect to find in a home, it has a pull out dining table with seating for up to four, a large corner sofa which folds out to form a second double bed if required. There is a television with freeview channels and DVD player.

There are washing and drying facilities, iron + ironing board etc.

The downstairs hallway has ample space for storing golf clubs or bicycles if needed as long as they are clean.

A welcome pack will be provided for your first nights stay.

Within five minutes walking distance there are two golf courses (a nine hole and an eighteen hole), a golf driving range, clubhouse/restaurant, brand new indoor karting track, indoor bowling centre, bakers, hairdressers and gym and a little further walking would take you to the ten pin bowling alley. There are three major supermarkets within five minutes by car as well as many other shops and the local hospital (A+E department).

PLEASE NOTE: Prices stated are based on the total price for two people sharing.

Single occupancy would attract a discount on nightly and weekly rates.

A small additional charge would be incurred for three or four people staying on nightly and weekly rates.

A WEEKLY STAY will be given at a discounted rate.

Many leisure facilities/pursuits very close by and many others within 5 or 10 minutes by car.

Go karting just a few minutes walk.

Indoor bowls and ten pin bowling in short walking distance.

Shopping and gym facilities in short walking distance.

8 Screen multiplex cinema - 10 minute drive.

Eden Court Theatre - 10 minute drive.

Tennis and squash Courts - 10 minute drive.

Very close to several kids parks.

Inverness Leisure which has excellent facilities for adults and children including a 25m swimming pool, childrens wave pool and flumes, climbing wall, gym etc- 10 minute drive.

Aviemore Ski Centre - 45 minute drive.

Dores Beach (Loch Ness) - 10 minute drive.

Purpose built mountain bike trails - 25 minutes Learnie Red Rocks / 60 minutes - Highland Wildcat / 60 minutes Laggan Wolftrax.

“Brilliant! Ideal for a relaxing holiday and superb location”

Loved the annexe! it had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean , comfortable and warm. We felt totally at home and relaxed. Melanie met us on arrival and she made us feel very welcome. Thank you. Brilliant location with stunning views. Within easy access to all the main attractions. Hope to be back soon!!!
