Location description from owner

The Scotland region

The Highlands of Scotland are one of the most beautiful places in the world! With mountains, beaches, castles, lochs, wildlife in abundance it is no wonder Invergordon is visited by many people from all over the world every year. International cruise ships dock in the port at Invergordon throughout the summer, giving the cruise passengers the chance to visit distilleries, the famous Loch Ness with Urquhart Castle and play a round of golf at one of the many nearby golf courses. Inverness is a half hour drive away for shopping or a visit to the theatre and there is an abundance of good restaurants and inns locally.

Invergordon

Heathfield cottages are in a very quiet location up a private road, surrounded by hills and countryside and with access to woodland or lane walks. There are 3 private lochs and fishing is available for guests (fly fishing). Invergordon centre is about 3 miles away for shopping and the cottages are ideally suited for visiting distilleries, castles, walks, and golf or horse riding nearby.
