From the owner

Our Hideaway Paradise villa features three spacious King en-suite master bedrooms and a queen en-suite master bedroom. There's another bedroom with two twin beds and the last bedroom has twin bunk beds. Also included is baby/toddler equipment (pack n play, stroller, and high chair). The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You can enjoy your private south facing heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool area includes an extended covered lanai, a child safety fence, patio furniture with 2 tables, gas grill, beach chairs, and loungers.

Our luxurious villa is located in Terra Verde resort, a 24-hour guard gated community. The resort clubhouse has a Mediterranean theme, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The complex includes a relaxing pool, tiki bar (serving drinks and food), kids playground, basketball court, volleyball court, and a fitness center (sauna included).

The villa is only 15 minutes east of Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando international airport. The community is also close to Sea World, Universal Studios, and many attractions & restaurants off highway 192. Popular shopping malls and factory outlets are also just a short drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Travis & Kenya (the owner) a message.

If Travis & Kenya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
