Description

Orlando/Kissimmee. This Gorgeous Villa with Private Pool and Lake views has just been remodeled and professionally decorated. It is located in the great community of Crescent Lakes which is a short drive to shopping, restaurants. Disney is approximately 20 minutes.

We do not charge extra fees for booking on Flipkey or Trip Advisor

Enjoy the tranquility of a south facing pool with sun deck large enough to lounge, dine or just relax. The pool is private and completely enclosed. Heat extra.

The Villa is furnished with "NEW" high end furnishings. The Chefs Kitchen is complete with Granite Tops all full size appliances. Fridge is equipped with filtered ice and water. Pantry, dining area and breakfast bar seating for four. There are two chairs in closet for extra seating in the dining room.

The Living Room has a leather sofa, two oversized chairs and the 4 seats around the breakfast bar.

Enough seating for 9 to 10 people. Big Screen LED TV with DVD, DVD Library and Stereo.

New Luxury baths with Granite tops

Master bedroom features a king size plush bed with new and modern furniture. Private bath with walk-in shower with glass doors, sink, make-up area seating. The room also has a 36 inch TV with cable.

2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed with Flat Screen LED TV and cable

3rd Bedroom sleeps 3, bunk bed with double on the bottom and a single upper. This room has an Flat Screen LED TV/DVD combo making it great for the kiddies

Laundry Room is off the Kitchen for ease of use

This Villa offers Cable with more than 200 Channels, free US/Canada calling. Patio door with child alert. A completely tiled home with tiles treated with non slip protection. "Pack and Play" and a "High Chair" are available free of charge. Wi-Fi and high speed connectivity are also free.

Getting around is easy when traffic is light. Try not to drive in rush hour. You are on vacation. Have the extra coffee in the morning. Relax. Traffic is better after 8:30am
