North Devon’s coastline is never far away and Westward Ho! beach is only a 5 minutes’ drive, offering 2 miles of golden sands popular with bathers and surfers. Horseriding, tennis and golf are also available and the National Trust coast path offers breathtaking cliff-top views. Cyclists and ramblers will love the many miles of the famous disused railway line,The Tarka Trail, offering stunning views and wildlife spotting. Away from the coast is the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Keen golfers can enjoy the nearby championship golf courses at Westward Ho! and Saunton and attractions including, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Superbowl and leisure centre,Tapeley Park, Dartington Crystal, Arlington Court and RHS Rosemoor great for childres and adults alike. The accommodation which is equipped and finished to a high standard offers ELEVEN bedrooms: all of which have wall mounted TVs with DVD, situated on the ground floor all with direct access to the garden are 1 king-size with river views, en-suite shower and WC, 1 king-size and 1 twin with river views adjoining a bathroom with bath, seperate shower and WC. 1 king-size and 1 twin, with access to a garden patio, next to a shower room with WC. On the first floor, 2 king-size with river views, en-suite showers and WC, 1 king-size with river views and next to a bathroom with bath and WC. 1 king-size next to a shower room with WC. On the second floor, 1  super king-size with fantastic river views, balcony, en-suite bathroom, separate shower cubicle and WC with additional balcony and river views.1 twin adjoining this making a superb family suite. Lounge: with river views, TV/DVD, full Sky package and Wii games console, ideal for children. Further lounge with river views and TV/DVD. Dining room: spacious with river views and large table seating 24. Kitchen: well equipped with island, stools and double range oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. Outside: enclosed south facing garden with large flat lawn (approximately the size of a tennis court), patio and raised decked area with hot tub, and luxury all weather BBQ hut. Amenities: ample parking, bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included.
