In a very sought after location on the river front in Instow, this large terraced house is a short walk to many amenities.

You will be able to stroll to the sand dune beach on the River Torridge, which is popular with bathers and sand castle makers, as well as the adjacent village shop, yacht club, pubs and very well known restaurants. The Tarka Trail can be accessed in less than 1 minute and is perfect for walkers, with some lovely riverside views, along the former railway line. Venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon has to offer including a range of surfing beaches, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, National Trust Arlington Court, The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. Lounge: on the second-floor, approached via steep stairs with large windows that open up fully with a balcony to take full advantage of the stunning river views, 42" flatscreen HD TV, DVD, Blu-ray player, Freeview with iPod/iPhone dock and Playstation 3. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: modern, with small seating area and well-equipped with cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tumble dryer, microwave and 32" flatscreen HD TV. . Outside: enclosed garden with BBQ and seating. Amenities: parking is roadside or pay and display car park close by. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach, shops and pubs all a short stroll. Arrival: 3pm.
