Description

This is a large detached house (approx. 200 sq. m / 2100 sq. ft) set on a hill, in secluded grounds of 3 acres with farm land beyond. The house enjoys extensive south-facing views across beautiful rural Aberdeenshire.

The house has a modern and luxurious feel with a large open plan dinning/sitting room with an open fire, and a large kitchen with dinning area. There are four large bedrooms (two double and two twin), and three bathrooms, one with a large jacuzzi bath, a second with a large bath tub and all three have separate shower cubicles.

The house is situated on the prominent and famous Bennachie range. It is about 5km from the main summit, and very close the Gordon Way. You can walk to the top without crossing or walking on a road, so a great place to get away and enjoy the outdoors. However, it is still reasonably accessible, being around 25 miles to Aberdeen airport and 30 miles to Aberdeen city centre.
