Bright and spacious two storied 160m2 Architect-Penthouse in Saggen, close to city center, the greenest district of the city. It takes ca.10 min to walk to the city-center through the Hofgarten-Park or along the River Inn directly to the old City.The Living-room (63m2) with a west-faced Terrace- overlooking Innsbruck and Inntal-Valley to the West with a panorama view to mountains and a stunning view to the very close-located imposant mountain range “Nordkette" with a Sunset-view throughout the year.

It was a great location. Everything needed nearby and easy walk into center city. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family. Could not get enough of beautiful views of mountains.

This booking was to our satisfaction. Beautiful view. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Just a quick walk to fresh baked bread and pizza. The apartment was clean. We recommend this!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send H.E (the owner) a message.

If H.E (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
