Ideally located, budget, 3 bedroom family caravan on the popular Coastfield holiday village in ingoldmells, Lincolnshire.

The caravan is double glazed and has electric heaters throughout

Lounge contains TV & DVD player and seating area. Plus dining table and seating.

There is a 24’ enclosed and gated veranda off the lounge.

Pets are welcome and they’ll love the easy access to the next across from the park

Please note this is absolutely not a brand new top of the range luxury lodge. Nor do we ever claim it is.

It is an older caravan, much rented and often by the same guests year on year. They love its location and homely feel. It is ideal for great family holidays on a family holiday park.

There are marks and dings that come as part of renting a family caravan over a number of years

We offer caravans to suit all budget. If you do require a more modern, top of the range caravan we would respectively refer you to our other listings

Wristbands are required for use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi on park. The family show bar has entertainment at night and entry is free for those with wristbands. If these are required please ask for a quotation for them to be added to your holiday.

The site itself is close to the beach of ingoldmells and has a launderette, shop, take aways, bars and a pub.

Fantasy island and markets are a short walk away

I think I can guess this booking. Guests had booked a budget rental. As per photographs supplied it was not a luxury lodge. On arrival i offered them a larger but still “budget” caravan. This was accepted. I received a call from the park reception around 15 minutes later saying the caravan was unacceptable. I went to see the guests and was subjected to in my face shouting. I contacted TA and requested they be refunded in full. This TA were happy to do & the guest immediately. The park were unable to offer alternate accommodation until the Monday and even then only at “ mid level “ and not a “ lodge” I then contacted a friend who had a lodge, more along the lines of the type of accommodation they wanted. They also agreed to a discounted rate rather than the guests have to drive home. I contacted the guests two days later to ask if they were ok. The reply was “ fine thanks “. The guests then left 2/3 days later 2 days early, complaining the fridge was mouldy. There was no mould. I’ve been sent videos of this fridge . It’s spotless. I fail to see what else we could have done to resolve this to the guest’s satisfaction. TA were fantastic TA suspended my listing whilst I sent up to date photos of the rental they booked. The listing was immediately reinstated on doing so. It is as described and as per the photos TA were fantastic in resolving this for the guest by refunding in full, including all their booking fee. I actually lost a fair amount of money personally because I have to pay the park for passes in advance for guests to use the facilities on site I do always try to do my best for my guests. Sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance we did all we could to give them the holiday they wanted and TA cannot be faulted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
