"Quality holiday location"
A fantastic place to stay, a real home from home ! The accomodation is outstanding and its location on the edge of the village of Ingleton is ideal. The smell and warmth of the wood burning stove made for a lovely welcome to the property. Plenty of logs were provided for the easy to use stove, although the central heating meant the wood burner was only used as a 'luxury' for the wood burning smell as the home was warm enough without the burner. All rooms were well equipped, tastefully fitted out and spotlessly clean We enjoyed a wonderful stay and were only sorry to leave !

Absolutely stunning, well-equipped, spotlessly clean holiday home. Location was brilliant. We loved Ingleton. Fabulous nearby walks, village Co-op well stocked and very reasonable. Lovely local butchers and bakery. Huge games room which was well-used by us all. Music system was excellent with individually controlled speakers in each room to suit all tastes :o) Will definitely be back. Excellent value for money, we just loved it!

"We will be back - perfect and beautiful"
Stayed here for third time with family of six - four boys. Beautiful holiday cottage in perfect location. Hayley and Jeremy are perfect hosts - there if you need then, left alone as though the cottage is ours if we don't. We would come back even if we won the lottery.

"Stunning cottage in a perfect location"
We booked the cottage at the last minute and it certainly didn't disappoint. The central location in ingleton was ideal for the Waterfall walks and the caves. The added bonus was a heated outdoor pool for the village. The standard of the cottage was 10/10 with everything you could need for a holiday. Because we had super weather we didn't use the games room, however if the weather isn't at it's best, you certainly wouldn't be short of things to do. There's also an indoor climbing wall in the village, numerous pubs and tea rooms and a small supermarket. We shall certainly be back! Thank you for making us welcome.

"Fantastic holiday rental for groups"
We stayed here in August and had an absolutely fantastic time. The house is beautifully appointed and we had a lot of fun playing pool and darts in the games room. Really great location near to shops, bars and great walking. Jem and Hayley made us feel very welcome. Bedroom configuration is slightly strange so would work best for 3 couples or for families with young children. We thought it was excellent value for money and would definitely stay again. I would not hesitate in recommending this great house to others! Thanks again for a fantastic trip.
