Riverview is a spacious detached barn conversion with a real 'wow' factor. Luxuriously furnished to the very highest standards, the emphasis is on comfort and quality. Boasting a large snooker/games room, in house music system (i pod friendly), it cleverly combines both traditional features with luxurious modern amenities such as under floor heating, fabulous porcelain tiled bathrooms,sparkling granite and range cooker. Riverview offers something very special for people of all ages, which is why many guests return year after year.

We recently installed fibre broadband directly to the property which gives guests hyper fast broadband, unrivalled by other providers.

We now accept 1 well behaved dog to the property, strictly by prior arrangement.

Ideally located by the river in the popular village of Ingleton, it is just a 2 minute walk to the many shops, pubs, cafes and to the famous 4 mile scenic Waterfalls Trail.

Surrounded by spectacular limestone scenery in every direction, the village nestles at the foot of Ingleborough (one of the three Peaks )and offers the outdoor enthusiast a huge variety of activities and walks. There are numerous interesting villages and market towns very close by. See below for things to do in and around the village.

FIRST FLOOR:
Large 24' bedroom with Super king 6' bed (can be 2 singles), plus a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 person if required (extra charge) Large fully tiled en suite with bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom with king size bed.
House bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over and heated towel rail.
Bespoke oak/granite kitchen/diner with range cooker and dishwasher.
Large 24' lounge with wood burning stove, leather sofas and window seats and lovely views to the ever changing river.

MEZZANINE:
Staircase from lounge up to mezzanine which overlooks fireplace. Light airy space with super king bed. Feature arch window with views to river.

BASEMENT:
Back door access to private parking and outdoor seating area.
Large games room with 3/4 size snooker table, pool table, table tennis, darts and board games.
Suitable for secure storage, bikes etc.

Digital TV's in both bedrooms and lounge which also has a dvd player.
Luxury percale bedding and extra large fluffy bath towels provided.
Private parking for 3 cars.

Once final payment is made, we will forward arrival details on giving full directions, the number for the key safe plus contact telephone numbers. On arrival at the property there is an Information Book detailing everything about the house and the area. We live locally and are on hand to help guests should there be any problems (hopefully there won't be!) but generally leave guests to enjoy their holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
