Vacation place on the Gulf of Mexico. Condo in Indian shores. The property offers a efficiency one bedroom, 1 bath located on the beach of Indian Shores, Florida. Amenities include a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. Washer and dryer is on the same floor, includes free parking, free Wi-Fi and full access to a newly renovated heated pool, charcoal grill area, and a private fishing pier across the street on the intercoast. This condo does not have a balcony or view on the Gulf but the building and the heated pool is directly on the beach. Spectacular sunsets await you in sunny Florida.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations I really wish you would have called or emailed me, as indicated in our welcome letter. We have contacted the AC company, thank you for bringing it to our attention. This problem as never been indentified in the past by our previous guests our ourselves. In regards to the sheets, I apologize that they are not what you are used to, there is always an extra set of cotton sheets under the bed and inside the sofa sleeper in the living room, the other ones came with the bedspread. The parking area is across the street, as indicated in the welcome letter, we discussed the availability for a handicapped parking available for your use, to ensure this was available, we contacted the office prior to your arrival. Again I am sorry that you did not fully enjoy the condo.

Why can't I call Danielle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Danielle (the owner) a message.

If Danielle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
