Enjoy your stay at this comfortable, fully equipped beachfront oasis.

Your spacious 1300 square foot unit will have two bedrooms; the master suite features a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins. There are two full bathrooms (one featuring a Roman soaker tub), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and an open concept dining/living area. There is a TV in each room, a DVD player, free WiFi, and free long distance within the USA and Canada. Each unit has a private balcony with an ocean view.

The Clubhouse includes a lounge area with games (shuffleboard, pool table, foosball and more) and a gas grill available for your use. Outside there is a heated pool and spa with lots of lounge chairs, and direct beach access from the pool area - beach towels are provided, just bring your flip flops and sunscreen!

Oceanique is within easy reach of several major attractions along the Space Coast, including the Kennedy Space Centre and historic Cocoa Beach. Brevard County is known for its endless beaches and accessible nature preserves. And all this is just a short hour away from all Orlando has to offer - Disney, and so much more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joe and Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
