From the owner

Situated on the hills around Florence, close to Impruneta village, there is this beautiful annex of a country house surrounded by a green forest of pine, cypress and olive fields , inside Villa Sassi Neri ranch . The surrounding forest contributes to give a fresh and relaxing atmosphere to the annex . Close to it there is the owner's house who are always willing to help you when needed.

You will find the nearest shops, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and typical tuscan restaurants in the village center of Impruneta, that is just 1 km far away from the annex.

Impruneta is also very famous for "Cotto " which is sold all over the world and you will have a great choice of "Fornaci" such as Fornace Mariani, Carbone Massimo and Pesci which you could visit to know how our artisans work Cotto and the story of it.

From Impruneta you can easly reach Florence center that is just 20 min. by car and all the other villages that are part of Chianti area, such as Strada in Chianti,Panzano in Chianti, Greve in Chianti and many others where you could have a taste of Chianti wines while eating a cutting board of cheeses and cold cuts.

The house works up on the ground floor and many windows and doors contribute to give it a lot of brightness, furthermore it is surrounded by a big garden where you can have lunch and dinner "en plein air".

The house consists of a living room with TV and stereo, kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher , microwave , toaster) , 2 double bedrooms both with private with private bathrooms, one has a dressing room, and the other has an exit to a small courtyard where you will find the washing machine and boiler.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guido (the owner) a message.

If Guido (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
