Location description from owner

The Souss-Massa-Draa Region

The house is situated on about 3 min walk (200m) from the beach. The name of the beach is La plage Paradise.
The surfing beach of Tagazoute is about 10 min with the car. And the beach 25 ( vingt-cinq) is about 5 min with the car. These are very nice beaches and safe.
The house is situated in a housingblock with a guard securing the entrance.

Imi Ouaddar

At the back of the house there is a river, and a bit woody area where you can hike. Some days there are camels grazing in the river area, that is very lovely.
About 5 min from the house there is a tropical swimming pool. ( Entrance is about 10 euro's)

A small village named "Tagazoute" 5 min with the car, is the best surf location in Morocco. You can take surfing lessons, and you can also rent surfing boards etc.

There is a small town about 10 min with the car named "Aourir", where you can shop and there are nice restaurants and here you can find the horse riding or quad driving. On Wednesday there is a big localmarket.

In "Immouzar" is a waterfall, the drive is about 1 hour, but the trip to the place is very nice to drive. The valley is also known as Paradise Valley.

Agadir is about 20 min with the car. Here you have bigger shops and a big bazaar called "souk alhad". In the evening the boulevard is very lovely ( also a bit touristic) nice bars, night live, but also for families relaxing near the beach.

"Essaouira" is a town about 150 km above immiouaddar. It is a very small, windy, fishing town, surrounded with a city wall. it famous for its beauty and surfing. You can shop here for cultural things and art.
You can drive the road yourself.

About restaurants:
-------------------------
Near the house there are a couple of shops where you can buy your daily groceries.
there are a coulple of good restaurants near the shops. The cook tajine every day. We know you can order a tajine in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. You can also order a different type of lunch of diner here.
the prices here are cheap about 60 dirham = 6 euro
On the beach there is also a restaurant/coffeehouse where you can have lunch or dinner.
In Aourir, Tagazoute and Agadir there are also nice restaurants.

In the house we have a list of phone numbers, if you would like to take a trip to the dessert, Tiznit, jeep safari or quad-tour.

“The house felt like Morocco should be”

Reviewed 28 Aug 2012

A car would be ideal as the buses are packed, although my daughter and myself enjoyed the experience, my son-in-law was agarst and we got taxis from then on. Lovely water park short walk away, ideal for the Children, shop opposite was the best one near the house although no road lights. House was great done out in Moroccan design 2 bedrooms had air conditioning one without. If you wish to watch TV no English channels, but you have herds of Camels walking behind the back fence and donkeys out the front what more could you ask for. Beach is across the road but walk a bit further down away from the fishermen and you have a relaxing beach without the usual shops etc, Only problem going in Ramadam only one restaurant open, unless you went into Agadir.
