Livingstone hut is our second luxury hand crafted Shepherd hut made on the estate by the award winning Blackdown Shepherd huts. Made of oak it features a high quality finish with all the comforts of modern living, dining area, double bed, shower, toilet, fridge and cooking facilities.

Set in the historic parkland of the Jordans Estate in Somerset.

Relax in our wood fired hot tub for exclusive use by guests or cosy up inside next to the wood-burner.

Try your hand at cooking over the fire pit or use the pizza oven for a romantic meal. Ideal for 2 adults, Livingstone offers a perfect retreat from the hussle and bustle of modern life.

It is ideally placed with easy access to explore the West Country.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
