Set in an elevated position in this popular Victorian seaside town, the property is perfectly positioned for enjoying many of the facilities the town has to offer with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from.

The bustling harbour is a wonderful place to relax and watch the boats go by and is home to a range of restaurants including one belonging to the world renowned artist Damien Hirst, which serves freshly caught fish. Further afield are some lovely cliff-top walks, or explore the North Devon coastline with its large sandy beaches and sheltered coves. There are many historic places to visit such as the National Trust Arlington Court or take a drive onto Exmoor National Park for some fantastic walks and rugged scenery. In the evenings you can stroll into town for some nightlife or relax on the enclosed rooftop with a glass of wine.

Outside: roof terrace with far reaching sea views and outdoor seating. Amenities: parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage and 1 outside. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
