Brand new ,3 bedroom,self catering, boutique townhouse ,furnished in a retro style with integral garage.The property is located in an off-st mews location in central Ilfracombe just 200 yds from the sea.

Views to the front are towards the Landmark Theatre and sea behind .A glass balcony and Juliet balcony provide a lovely outdoor feel with views and sounds of the coast .

The location allows for ideal access to the high st, sea front and harbour just 5-6 mins walk.

Ilfracombe offers great experiences , with galleries,fishing and boat trips ,entertainment ,pubs and restaurants for all and you are centrally located for the great surfing beaches of Croyde,Saunton and Woolacombe just 15 mins away by car .

Downstairs sofa bed is available if required.

There is underfloor heating at the property and a downstairs utility kitchen which is ideal for drying clothing and boots.

Parking at the property is available within the integral garage, but this is limited
