Sleeps 4 plus cot. Spacious, 2nd floor flat in an elegant grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse with stunning 180 degree sea views from a large bay window. Well equipped and comfortable, with SkyTV and SkySports. Situated less than 5 minutes walk from the Tunnels Beaches, shops, the harbour and Damien Hirst's statue of 'Verity',and many of the range of good restaurants in the area. Perfectly located for you to enjoy the town and beaches of Ilfracombe, and as a base to explore the many delights of N. Devon.
With the sea just 400 yards away, the large bay-windowed sitting room (17.5' x 13') has wonderful views of the sea and the Welsh coast in the distance. The flat is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The sofa bed has a memory foam mattress, and the Ercol dining suite is placed in the large bay window for you to enjoy the views while you dine.
Ilfracombe has a lot to offer with its historic harbour and Tunnels Beaches, now with a popular wedding venue.

The award winning beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands are very close by. Ilfracombe is also on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and there are many interesting places to explore, for instance, Lynton and Lynmouth with its water-powered funicular railway or Woolacoombe and Croyde, renowned for their surfing and surfing schools. There are frequent boat trips to Lundy Island from Ilfracombe, as well as coastal and fishing excursions. Children and pets are welcome.
