Our home is an individual three bedroom detached property which sleeps 6 people. It has character and charm with many original Victorian features and is situated in a quiet part of Ilfracombe near the harbour with sea views from upstairs. The house has a front garden with off road parking for one vehicle. The back garden has a level lawn with plenty of room to kick a football around. It is an ideal base from which you can enjoy a day on the beach, surfing, cycling the beautiful coast, walking on Exmoor, fishing off the harbour, visiting Lundy Island on the Oldenburg or enjoying the family attractions.

Porch: shelves for shoes
Spacious hallway with Victorian tiled floor leading to:
Front Lounge: a leather sofa, original Victorian fireplace with a wood burner, piano. This has the sun most of the day
Back lounge: 2 deep, comfy sofas one L shaped, original Victorian fireplace with a wood burner, TV including Sky. This room gets the sun in the morning.

Ilfracombe Harbour

Ilfracombe is situated along some of North Devon's most attractive and rugged coastline and has easy access to superb rolling countryside including the Exmoor National Park. The town is particularly renowned for its delightful harbour and quayside as well as the Landmark Theatre and pleasure gardens. It is also the home to the popular Tunnels Beaches which were hand carved in the 1820s. Local amenities include banks, library, post office, swimming pool, cinema and three major supermarket chains, Tesco, Lidl and Co-op. There are numerous beaches in Ilfracombe itself plus the award winning Woolacombe beach along with Saunton, Putsborough and Croyde which are also close to hand and good for surfing. The next largest town is Barnstaple which is approximately 12 miles away and has many brand name High Street shops, banks and restaurants
