Verity Views is a beautiful Georgian grade 2 listed apartment in the bustling town of Ilfracombe, North Devon. With three bedrooms (one kingsize, one twin, and one single) and two bathrooms the apartment comfortably sleeps five people. French doors lead from both the main bedroom and the sitting room onto the balcony which has spectacular views across Ilfracombe harbour and out to sea. There is a modern kitchen and large sitting room with a dining table to seat six. There is also an allocated parking space right outside the front door. The apartment is suitable for families, couples or small groups of friends as it is just a short walk from the Tunnels Beaches, Harbourside and High Street. A large selection of shops, restaurants and pubs can be found within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Ilfracombe is the perfect location to be based to take advantage of all that North Devon has to offer.
