This newly modernised Apartment stands in a pretty little Village called Ratisevina.Its location is in the hills above Igalo famous for the healing powers of the Spa's and home of the world Famous Dr. Simo Milosovic Institute. A renowned Health Spa and therapy Centre. People come from all over the world for its many treatments. The air here is said to be very healing especially for those with chest complaints. Up in the hills not only do you benefit from the peace and tranquility of being away from the very busy sea front. But you are ideally situated to enjoy the spectacular Sea and Panoramic Views of the Boka Bay and the surrounding Mountains. Cruise ships regularly cross the horizon on the way to Kotor. Quiet but with always something to see and amuse you. Cows will regularly take themselves off for a walk on their own and leave the garden gates open and you will be sharing your breakfast with the local Goats and Sheep. If you enjoy walking a gentle stroll will invigorate all your senses.Newly opened this year is the Village Grocery store. Just round the corner from the house. Freshly baked still warm bread and new laid eggs are a real treat for breakfast.A restaurant in the village will be open in time for summer 2016.

This ground floor apartment has two bedrooms each with single beds. Two beds can be pushed together though to create a double.There are also two double sofa beds creating sleeping for 8. The spacious bathroom has a shower and a bath. We also have a babies cot, bath, high chair and potty if needed.

This apartment has its own terrace seating area with garden furniture just outside the door of the property. A perfect spot for Al Fresco dining.The pool and the surrounding gardens are shared with the Upper Apartment but there is ample space for all.The gardens are divided into 4 distinct areas.A Garden Terrace was created last year containing Roses and different flowering Shrubs and Fruit Trees.Grape Vines have now reached the top of the Pergola creating a beautiful shaded area for eating or simply lounging around.New for May 2013 is our Pool Area with a 16ft by 9ft Intex Swimming Pool. Complete with Tables, Chairs, Sun Loungers and Parasols. The rest of the garden is grass with plenty of room for the children to play.
Transfers can be arranged for you from Dubrovnik or Tivat airports.A car can get right to the gate of the property although the drive is a little steep.Once inside the property everything is on one level so if the drive can be negotiated the apartment would be suitable for someone with restricted mobility.Smoking is pemitted but only outside.Well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept off the furniture.
The Herceg-Novi Municipality region
Herceg Novi is a Medieval Town at the entrance into Boka Kotorska, founded in 1382. Its defensive role is witnessed by numerous Fortresses and Towers. In time, the Ramparts of the Mare Fortress, the Citadel the Spanish Tower and Kanli Kula have become covered by African Palms, Australian Eucalyptuses, Oleanders, Cacti, Agaves, Magnolias, Mimosas and hundreds of other plant species. Today it is used as an Open Air Stage where Film, Music and Flower Festivals are hled.
A characteristic feature of Herceg Novi are its Parks and Gardens with numerous Mediteranian and Sub-Tropical plant species. In the large forest in the east part of the town you will find the Monastery of Savina, built in 1030 and re built in the 15th Century.
Pet Danica is a 7 km long Promenade which connects Herceg Novi to Igalo famous for its Modern Institute for Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Rheumatology. Igalo one of the 100 largest Health and Rehabilitation centres in the world, is situated where the Health Springs mix with the Sea Mud. today it is a commercial part of Herceg Novi where most of the best Shops, Cafe's and Restaurants are.
Because of its mild climate and large number of sunny days during the year, many tourists come to visit even during the winter.

"fantastic well worth a visit"
my family and i 5 adults and 2 children went to montenegro in may we had a fantastic time,we stopped in this lovely villa up in the mountains their were superb view from the balcony which we ate breakfast from the weather was very hot the villa is very spacious and was to a very high standard ,it has a lovely garden with its own private swimming pool,which was nice and clean and well maintained,it was nice to have a dip in the pool as it was very hot,both apartments have stunning seaviews from the balcony and garden and the landscape around it was stunning i would highly recommend a visit and i will come again thanks marie
