The "Stream" is a 2 story villa with spacious accommodation. Set on a large garden plot, and surrounded by vines and fruit trees.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms. On the 1st floor: 1 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, large combo kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower cubicle and a terrace. On the 2nd floor via sweeping marble staircase: sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle and jets, plus balconies . The interior of the villa is furnished to very high specifications in cherry wood, marble and ceramics.The villa is surrounded by a number of wrought iron fenced terraces, furnished with tables, chairs and parasols.

Within the villa's grounds there is a large parking area, grass area, built in barbeque and sunbathing area with sunbeds and shades. The Intex pool is measuring 500x275x130 and it is perfect for early morning/ late night dips. The pool is great for adults to cool down and for children to have fun. Various fruit trees, shrubs and flowers contribute to the relaxed atmosphere of this property. You will enjoy warm evenings on the terraces with a glass of wine, to the sound of the passing stream nearby. Short or long stroll down the village road will invigorate you and give you an apatite for dinner in town, or steaks on the barbeque! Should you wish to leave the car behind and enjoy few drinks in town, there is a local taxi.

The property, grounds and pool are totally private and not shared with andy other guests. It is somewhere to escape and relax after a busy year at work. It is equally suited for couples seeking relaxing holiday in a peaceful and quit location, as well as families with young children. The property is a short drive away from the nearest resorts of Herceg Novi and Igalo, where beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife can be found.

Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden only.

We regret to hear you were not completely satisfied, however, guest safety comes first in Villa Stream. The pool was bought in EU and set up according to existing regulations in the EU. So sorry you’ve disappointment but all about pool and it's propositions is described on our page. Also, as a parent, I claim that supervision is the key to swimming pool safety for children. How do damage deposits work?

If Natasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
