From the owner

This lovely 3 bedroom private villa is located just 300mts from the Icmeler beach front and main promenade. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin and a sofabed in the lounge area (sleeping a max. 6-8) There is a large lounge area with open kitchen. Main bathroom is located on the 1st floor, there is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor. The villa is furnished to a high standard inside and out and all living areas have air conditioning. Outside there is a fantastic private courtyard, including a barbeque, overlooking your own private swimming pool. There is also a fully maintained private garden. The villa is located in a great location for local restaurants, bars and shops all of which are in very short walking distance. Easy access by dolmus to Marmaris just 50mts away, every 15 minutes. Located a short walk from beach with great mountain views.

How do damage deposits work?
