The "Design 2 Bedroom Penthouse" is a fully furnished top floor apartment situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, grocery stores, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), Pacha Club and Lio, cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, are all within short walking distance, although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes

The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (in one of them it's also possible to have 2 twin beds, if required), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower), large living room with sofa-bed for 2 people, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with partial/side view on the sea and Ibiza Old Town furnished with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. The penthouse has also access to a private solarium, on the upper roof terrace, equipped with design sun loungers by Vondom where you can sunbathe.

All Bed linen and towels are provided.

Air conditioning, Free Wifi, Flat screen TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only at 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand), no car hire is necessary.

However, if you plan to hire a car, free Public Parking Spaces are on the street around the Building.

Rates are intended per apartment up to 6 people, and include taxes. Final cleaning (Euro 70). Damage deposit: not required. PLEASE, KINDLY NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK FOR AT LEAST 7 NIGHTS, THERE IS A DISCOUNTED RATE.

"Excellent Accomodation in (Ibiza close to beach)"

I randomly booked apartments with the Ibiza Vacation company solely based on the photos and short description on their webpage (http://www.ibizavacation.es/) to celebrate my birthday in May. The staff were incredibly fast, helpful and professional (both prior to my visit and during the visit). Everyone in my group was extremely happy with the quality and location of the apartments. The location was excellent, it was a five minute walk to the Talamaca beach and there were two small supermarkets within short walking distance. There was a large selection of restaurants at the beach and at the marina. The apartments were really well equiped, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Each apartment had a large balcony with excellent views of the old town and/or marina. The apartment complex had two swimming pools (but we basically spent most of our time at the beach) The apartment was located about 20 - 25 minutes walk from Ibiza town centre (my 67 year old mother needed 25 minutes) but it was a really nice walk along the marina. We even went to Pacha one night for some clubbing and were home wihin five minutes. I can really recommend this complex. It's equally suitable for families, couples on a short break (or even a week break) or groups of friends. Several of my friends intend to go back to the apartments again! Joy, London
