Flat comprises of a comfortable living room with dining area, 2 good size double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and a terrace with table and chairs-and lovely views to D'alt Villa.

There is a communal swimming pool at the front of the building.

The area is great,as everything is within short walking distance-many good restaurants of Paseo Maritimo and Marina Botafoc, hotel and discotheque Pacha, famous restaurant-cabare Lio,Cipriani restaurant,Just Cavalli, friendly cafes, mini supermarket and local shops.Short walking distance to Talamanca beach.

Ibiza Town

The promenade of Paseo Maritimo, where this flat is located, offers a pleasant walk to Ibiza Town.

Marina Botafoc, which is a short walk away is considered the most upmarket part of Ibiza, it is a luxury harbour with numerous restaurants ,bars, designer boutiques, favoured by people of refine taste.
There is a ferry service that connects Marina Botafoc and Paseo Maritomo with Ibiza Town, a short sea ride of 10 minutes, very frequent and inexpensive.

Talamanca beach is one of the trendiest in Ibiza, offering a great variety of beach restaurants and bars, water sports or simply sunbathing, swimming and relaxing.
