Description

Apartment with it's separate entrance is in our family house which was built in original Dalmatian stone style. It has two bedrooms with double bed , two bathroom, kitchen and spacious terrace. Apartment is located in a quiet part of town and all amenities are a short walk away, 3 min on foot from the city center where you can take taxi or rent a boat to the nearby islands. If you are not interested in going with the boat beach is 2 min walk located under old monastery which is must see. During the day you can relax on terrace which is surrounded with greenery and have breakfast or dinner because it’s in quiet place. You will have possibility of using barbecue, also free parking place. We are natives from Hvar so if you have any questions about it we can give you answers and great tips where to go and what to do.

On the day of arrival the guests have to give to the owners their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents have to be returned to them within 24 hours.
•The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the owners and other customers from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 8:00.

“Fantastic stay”

Thanks to Nikla and her welcoming family we had a great stay in Hvar. The flat is super comfy and very well situated. Nikla suggested us some fantastic beaches . We were also lucky to taste fresh figs from Her garden . Maria, her mum, is a sweetheart who offered to do our washload (very helpful thanks !). We highly recommend to book with them !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikla (the owner) a message.

If Nikla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
