House and apartments

The house has been built on an attractive part of the town.The average length to reach any place in the town is 20 min slow walk , or 4-5 minutes by car.Supermarkets, exchange office, tennis centre, dive centre, fitness centre, rent a boat, or speed boat, all at your hand.

There's a big garden behind the house with huge stone table and a big fire place where you can enjoy the evening preparing something yourselves instead of going out.

English, german, italian and french are spoken in the house.

Apartment, which we are offering to you here, is on the first floor and it has 65m2. Apartment has 2 large terraces , (18m2 and 12m2), both with beautiful view looking to the ocen and small islands in a front of the town of Hvar.It has 2 double rooms, each with shower/wc, a kitchen , TV sat, air condition.

The prices , in season, are made per apartment and per day. But, before 15th of June and after 15th of september we will count to you per person, so one couple can enjoy whole large apartment for very reasonable price.

Really nice apartment with great balcony and supermarket nearby. Beach only 10 min walk. Hvar is a lovely city but far too busy in the summer with young party goers

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nada (the owner) a message.

If Nada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
