Villa Rayan is set in its own grounds in the El Kawther district of Hurghada, from the moment you arrive until the time you depart, you will experience everything Villa Rayan has to offer.

Set amongst Palm trees and Orange, Lemon, and Mango trees this stand-alone villa is your oasis while you are in Hurghada, there are 7-meter-high Ficus trees behind a wall surrounding the property, guaranteeing your privacy from the outside world.

The garden and pool are completely private, the property does not share any amenities with neighbors, it has its own private entrance, and boasts to be the most private villa in Hurghada.

These 2 bedroomed villas creates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, it is a mixture of original Arabic style with modern up-to-date amenities, it is a unique contrast. Whether you are sunbathing on the patio by the pool or relaxing after your day, on the rooftop terrace with a cooling drink, you will never forget Villa Rayan.

Villa Rayan is located in the heart of the tourist centre, 5 minutes drive by car or taxi from Hurghada International airport. You are a two-minute walk from El-Kawther centre where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, fresh vegetables/ fruit shops to make your stay even more convenient or visit the fresh fish market in Sakkala to sample the local fish.

You are 200 m from our private beach and the tourist promenade, enjoy taking a stroll in the evening on your way to more restaurants, cafes, and shops. The tourist promenade has a great mixture of restaurants including Oriental, traditional Egyptian food, and includes some of the more well-known eating establishments such as KFC, MacDonald’s, and Pizza Hut.

In addition, the Sindbad hotel and aqua park, Sindbad submarine, bowling centre, and bowling restaurant/café are all minutes away from you.

You are 10 minutes by car or taxi from any destination in Hurghada, visit Hurghada Marina and book a visit to Giftun island, experience the marine life of the Red sea with a glass-bottomed boat trip, or just people-watch at the many restaurants and cafes. Also, a must while in Hurghada is the famous Sheraton Street, ideal for taking an after-dinner walk in the evening or visiting Dahar (downtown) for a more real Egyptian atmosphere.

If you would like to visit Cairo on a day trip and experience the famous Pyramids, visit Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings or travel on the Nile and for the more adventurous take a desert safari, or experience a camel ride, Quad bike on the dunes, there is so much to experience in Hurghada.

Interior

Villa Rayan has 2 bedrooms, the first a Master en-suite bedroom with King size bed and the second a twin-bedded room with access to a second bathroom. Both rooms overlook the garden and swimming pool/jacuzzi directly. All bedsheets and towels are provided by Villa Rayan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas cooker, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, everything you would expect to find in a well-equipped modern kitchen.

The lounge area has stunning sofa’s, a dining table, a large flat screen tv with satellite channels, high-speed internet throughout the Villa, and doors opening onto the BBQ area. In addition to a library/office area leading out to the garden and pool, all exterior doors have a mesh to allow fresh air flow but also to keep flies, etc out of the villa.

Exterior

The villa is set in a private garden, surrounded by Ficus trees, please help yourself from our trees. Enjoy the shade provided by palm trees in the garden and outside the villa. The villa’s entrance is private and securely locked at all times, you will have your own key to access the villa.

The swimming pool/jacuzzi is two meters from the villa door, enjoy a swim before breakfast, take breakfast directly by the pool or on our roof terrace.

Enjoy our BBQ area at lunchtime or in the evening, as you relax from a peaceful day sunbathing, resting, and swimming with your family.

Parking space outside the villa and fresh water is supplied by a high-quality filtration system and special filter in the kitchen for drinking and cooking water.

The quality of your stay and satisfaction is the most important aspect and goal of our staff. Our friendly staff is available 24/7 and if you arrive by air, we are more than happy to collect you and return you at the end of your stay (no charge).

We can also arrange special events, such as birthday parties, Wedding anniversaries, Flowers on arrival, or even a special Oriental BBQ and Grill on-site.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sayed (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
