Description

Adorable furnished home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This home sits on a large lush lot that is fully fenced in Creekwood subdivision which offers a huge park that includes a play ground, dog park, disc golf and a walking trail. This property is great for business travelers needing more room that is offered in traditional hotels. The property is walking distance to the central businesses of Research Park. Within minutes of gate 9 of the Arsenal, Bridge street Town Center, and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.

This clean and well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom has a master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom, and two additional rooms that share a common bathroom. A pull out queen size sofa bed is available in the living area.

In the kitchen there is a stove, an oven, cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, and some extras.

Linens and towels for six guests is provided.

Wi-Fi is included.

The unit has central heat and air conditioning but we ask that you turn the thermostat no higher than 70 degrees in the winter and no lower than 72 degrees in the summer.

Amazon Fire Stick allows you to log into Netflix for free. Basic channels are also available.

Street and driveway parking is available.

How do damage deposits work?
