If you like beautiful beaches, walking, plenty of places to see and places to eat then Puddle Duck Cottage at "The Bay Filey" is for you!

Set among peaceful parkland, woodland and meadows and fronting miles of beautiful beach, The Bay Filey is a prestigious, award winning development . Situated on the stunning Yorkshire coast, The Bay is ideal for visits to all the areas of local and regional interest and is within an hours drive of the bustling cities of York, Leeds and Hull.

The cottage is split over a ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is open plan consisting of living area with smart TV and kitchen with all the mod cons including a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has french doors leading off out onto the patio with table/chairs overlooking the gardens. Downstairs also has an additional toilet. Upstairs bedroom 1 has a double bed with walk in wardrobe, drawers and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, drawers and smart TV. The bathroom has an extra wide and deep bath with an overhead rain shower. In addition there is a travel cot and highchair.

The resort facilities are endless offering an indoor pool, pub, cafe, gym, archery, lakeside walks, fishing etc etc.....

Why can't I call Grant (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Grant (the owner) a message.

If Grant (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
