1st floor apartment with open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. One double bedroom with patio doors and Juliett balcony with views over to Low Lake and Speeton Cliffs, Single fold out bed available.

Close to the main entrance to the site and the communal grounds with picnic areas, BBQs and 2 lakes just across from the parking area. The Tennis courts, Archery, Chemist, John Paul Jones public house and Café Italia a short walk away

“Perfect short term rental”

We loved staying on the Bay. This one bed apartment was a convenient place to stay while we looked for a permanent home. Located in Filey, on a very quiet development within walking distance of the beach and with some great ameneties on site (Gym, Pool, Cafe, Pub) Perfect for short stays and holidays. The apartment itself is clean and good deor / furnishings. Easy check ins and out. Easy to book. Would recommend highly

“Wonderful short break”

We stayed in this apartment over the bank holiday weekend- 2 adults and 8 year old. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. We booked direct with Simplicity holidays who were very helpful - more personal service then you get when you book with large companies and the price we paid was very reasonable. Even though it is only a one bed apartment there was more than enough room for us - a fold up bed was set up ready for our son in the bedroom. The site itself is stunning - the apartment is near the lake and small football pitch which my son made good use of , like many other kids, whilst we were there ( it was still really quiet though). Pool was a really good size and all facilities were clean and well maintained. We ate one night at the pub on site and it was tasty. There is easy access to the lovely long beach from the site - nice 45min stroll into Filey. We really enjoyed our break at The Bay and we have already booked to go again but this time for a full week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
