Breaking news ; we have just a added a lovely new veranda decking providing a lovely outside entertaining space with lovely new dining and seating to help you relax on your holidays.

We aim to provide an home from home experience with many little touches a top hotel would give you- with many little extra touches to give you a more wonderful holiday experience. - *We have also now just added a portable mood lighting lamp so you can relax in any room you choose to whatever colour suits your mood, making for a more enjoyable rest after the excitement of the day.

We are very family friendly and also provide a peaceful retreat for couples too.

We also can offer a meet and greet service- so no more time wasted hanging around in long queues for your keys- you are able to get on with enjoying your holiday straight . (we also have other options available to relieve the stress of travelling, i.e no rushing, arrive at your own pace after 3.30pm on arrival day) making it a hassle free start to your holiday.

(Haven do not offer any of these in their caravans) 

 

The park offers stunning views of Filey Bay and Flamborough Head, with direct beach access. You can enjoy a relaxing 30 minute walk along the beach to Filey.

 

Even if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Haven's facilities, Primrose Valley is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire coast and the Yorkshire Moors and all surrounding areas.

 

Our caravan is furnished to the highest of standards.

The caravan is on the very popular 5* Primrose Valley site, which is packed with lots of things to do for all the family. Situated on the quieter side of the park in a quiet cul-de-sac area on a larger than average private plot at  Magnolia Court.   

Our caravan is perfect for families and couples of all ages.Just a short walk to most sports facilities, High ropes with zip wire, kart track, Cycle hire, the lakeside swimming pools, family funfair, crazy golf, laser combat, Aquabar and the boating and   fishing lake,  the new lake, bus stops to Scarborough,  Filey, Bridlington, Telephone box and more. JUST a bit of a further walk or small car ride is all the other attractions, eateries, and entertainment complex.

 

*There is car parking next to the caravan for 2/3 vehicles.   

                        

*It also has a wide open grassed area at the side and front of the caravan for the children to play in safety.                         

                                          

*There is an area for a garden patio set.  We have garden loungers for your enjoyment and relaxation, Plus a bistro Table and Chairs.

  

*We have an open plan lounge, fully eqipped kitchen and dining area.   

*Our caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, allowing six people to stay comfortably, with lots of wardrobes & cupboards.

*The bathroom has a double shower cubical and basin and toilet.

*There is also a separate toilet and basin in another room.

*We have a large storage cupboard- big enough to store a fold up pram or room for those extra items you may need.  

Our caravan has all the essentials and more to provide a very comfortable base to have a most enjoyable stay in this wonderful part of the world.

Why can't I call Tracy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tracy (the owner) a message.

If Tracy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
