Description

Casa Las Palomas is a 4 Bedroom House with its own private entrance and outside space with accommodation for 8 to 10 people, and own private Swimming Pool. The Casa is in El Puertecico about 15 minutes north of Huercal Overa, set in a small village of approximately 170 people.

The Casa is situated in a courtyard position with ample parking space. Downstairs consists of a Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room, Utility Room, and Hallway areas.

The Lounge area is comfortable with an L shaped sofa able to sit 8 people and another sofa able to sit 3 people, a large Wood Burner, Uplighters, Coffee Table, Rug, and Storage Unit, and free WiFi.

The Kitchen is modern and open plan with a Gas Oven and 5 Ring Gas Hob, Double Sink and Mixer Taps, Large Upright Fridge, under the counter and wall units with small larder space. The Utility Room consists of a walk in shower cubicle, Freezer, Washing Machine, Toilet and Sink with Mixer Taps.

The double height hallway leads upstairs to the main landing area, where you will find the 3 bedrooms. Also off the main landing are stairs up to a private roof terrace with views across the Ramblas (dry river bed) and the rolling hillsides covered in Almond and Olive Groves.

All the Bedrooms have either King Size of Double Size Beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and bedside lamps. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers with overhead and hand showers, toilet, sink with mixer taps and wall mirror with lights.

The outside of the property is enclosed with wooden gates for privacy, and a large terrace area is situated in front of the swimming pool, there is also a BBQ area for enjoying your meals outdoors in the brilliant sunshine. There are sun loungers, and table and chairs able to seat 6 people comfortably with a large windup parasol.
