Description

In the centre of Hua Hin, at 200m from the well known night market, is located this beautiful and well maintained condominium. Condo55, my wheelchair accessible condo, is situated at the poolside on the groundfloor. This ensures you with an easy access. During construction my apartment was adapted for wheelchair use, beacuse my partner and I need wheelchair acces too. So wheelchair access is guaranteed.The condo excist of a livingroom / open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace.Most important for you as a wheelchair user is the access in the bathroom and bedroom and wide doors.The master bedroom in my condo has a queen bed with separate matresses and a integrated high low level electric bed. The height of the bed is 55cm and next to the bed is ample space to turn your wheelchair. The ensuite bathroom has a roll-in / wheel-in shower made on our request during the construction of the building. Attached to the wall a drop down shower seat and grips and shower controls within reach. The toilet has drop down grips at each side. The washbasin is easy approachable for wheelchair users. Shower commode, toilet seat raiser, patient lifter, etc, available on request and use is free of charge.The second bedroom is also wheelcair accessible. It has two single beds. And also a hospital bed integrated in one of the beds.Doors are at least 85cm wide.Living room is spacious and the sliding door gives ramp access to the private pooldeck/ terrace, A pool hoist is mounted at the poolside for your convenience.More detailed information and many pictures will convince you of the wheelchair access. you will not find this in any other apartment, with any other owner of apartment in the centre of Hua Hin.

Energy consumption over 20kW/day not included. Energy bill has to be paid upon departure according meter readings.
