Laguna Villa is an air conditioned spacious and fully-equipped 3 bedroom property which we rent out as a 2 bedroom property. It's less than a mile from large sandy beaches, just 10 minutes from the Bluport Mall and two miles from Market Village shopping and entertainment complex with restaurants and bars . Enjoy sunset views over the mountains from our big shaded terrace and patio which overlook an 8m x 4m private pool with jacuzzi.

Laguna is a gated community with 24 hour security, a fitness room and communal pool too.

Close to the town and beaches to be convenient, yet offering peace, solitude and a garden by the lagoon teeming with fish.

We include 1 gig internet and wifi throughout the house, True cable TV, two 42 inch TV's with HDMI inputs, and the services of a gardener and pool maintenance.

Hua Hin is widely regarded as one of the best golfing destinations in South East Asia, with a wealth of top quality courses all within a 30 minute drive of the town. Water sports are also popular, as is freshwater and sea fishing.

A security deposit is required of £100 for bookings of up to two weeks, £200 for up to four weeks, to cover any accidental damage and to cover the cost of the electricity used. This deposit is payable with the rental fee, and is returned within fourteen days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the villa.

Electricity is charged at the cost price of 5 baht per unit and payable when you check out.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geoffrey (the owner) a message.

If Geoffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
