Your luxury destination in Thailand, this newly built Villa 2010 stands on 1200 m2 plot and has been designed to the highest standards to take full advantage of mountain views, capture the cooling sea breezes and maximize the outside living space. Enjoy the tropical garden with a Lotus flower fish lake under the shade of palm trees, sunbath in privacy around the large lagoon style swimming pool with a seated Jacuzzi area with your family and friends, or sit under the large shaded terrace area that fronts the villa where you can relax during the day and sit down for dinner in the evening under cooling ceiling fans. The Master bedroom and 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites and walk in wardrobes have air-con as well as ceiling fans and they all have separate access off the 45 m2 terraced area with every bedroom overlooking the pool. The large air-con lounge has a leather sofa where you can relax and watch Satellite TV and just off is the fitted kitchen built to the highest standard with granite worktops and a center island and a tall fridge/freezer along with dishwasher, built in oven and gas hob. From this room is the laundry with washing machine and a open drying room. The Villa also has an outside open roof garden WC & shower room and a garden bath tub with hot and cold water in a private part of the garden off the master bedroom. On arrival you will be greeted by the Villa's manageress and shown round the property so you know where everything is kept. Lotus Flower Villa is available for short and long term vacations upto 12 months please check for availability. No-smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. Rental prices are based on self-catering which includes a weekly maid. English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions

Large covered car port with parking spaces for up to 4 cars over looking the Lotus flower fish lake which your welcome to fish in (fishing rod provided). The Villa is enclosed by a high garden wall with electric gates and you are not over looked. The Tropical garden has its own WC and shower room near the swimming pool and a private outside stone bath tub just off master bedroom. The grounds can be fully lit up in the evenings when dinning on the terrace.

We booked the Lotus Flower Villa for nearly a week - we have visited the Sam Roi Yot/ Pranburi area previously so were very much looking forward to the stay. Our extended family of 5 were to be joined by a couple of friends. We were immediately impressed on arrival - 4 large bedrooms with ensuites, large kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and lovely gardens and outdoor areas. The kids were rapt and so was I - nice pool for cooling off after the journey from BKK airport. Unfortunately an emergency medical problem arose (nothing to do with the Villa or Thailand) and we had to leave early the next morning! On the way out we we passed the beach which was only a couple of kms away. Our friends came down the next day and had the place to themselves for the remaining time. They had a great time and enjoyed the Villa and surrounding village, beaches and restaurants. We were particularly impressed with the assistance John provided - showing us the facilities, guidance to local beaches, restaurants etc - even organising transport. Booking and getting the keys were no problem. So despite it being a only a very short visit for us, I can recomend the Lotus Flower Villa - a car is needed as it is out in the countryside. We are hoping that we can get back there sometime in the not too distant future.

Lotus Flower Villa is in a small development of new villas in the countryside near Pran Buri, alongside a very small local village and a short drive from a long and lovely sandy beach, where the sea shelves very slowly. There are a couple of small restaurants and a fishing village on the beach, and it's very unspoiled. The villa is very private and has a good pool as well as a large pond with fish and a beautiful garden. Our family of 6 were very happy there. There is plenty of space for people and storage. We were sorry that there was no internet connection or wifi.

Owner's reply: Thanks for your review and I am so pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay at Lotus Flower villa. It's a shame regarding the internet connection as my 2 sons normally buy a local data sim card for their mobiles for around £6 GBP which gives 100 hrs internet connection which they link up to there laptops and fast enough to use Skype. I am afraid I am banned from using a computer in the villa by the boss on holiday that's why we have no internet line connected directly but I do escape occasionally down the road for a fix! lol

We stayed at the Lotus Flower Villa in October 2011 and would recommend this great place to anyone without hesitation. When looking for Holiday Rentals, location is the first thing that we think about, and this place is set in a very peaceful, private and secluded area with lovely mountain views. Upon arrival at the villa we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful Manageress. She made us feel very welcome immediately and all our needs were catered for. The layout of the villa is great, all of the bedrooms and lounge open onto the pool. All of these bedrooms are en suite with air con and the Master Bedroom even has an outside bath which is a lovely touch. The garden itself is also very well done and there is a big lotus pond to the right of the villa. We spent pretty much all of our time in or around the pool which has a jacuzzi and there is also a lovely place to eat all of your meals outside. This really is the perfect place to relax and unwind, we had a great time here, thank you and we really cannot wait to return!

A stunning new build with excellent English speaking service if required. You can lounge by lovely swimming pool and view the abundance of lotus flowers in the vast pond. Unspoilt ,quiet beach close by if preferred. Traditional food cooked by request was amazing!
