Soft grey carpeting and fabulous exciting wallpaper gives a quirky but homely vibe throughout.

Great central location. Only a few steps from The Old Market - a dynamic, cultural venue, showcasing everything from rock bands to exciting new theatre and cabaret. There are a plethora of restaurants, bistros and bars, plus the seafront, all within 5 minutes walk.

Black Keys Suite - Sleeps 3, in a triple sleeper (double bed with single bunk above). En suite shower room, with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Family Bathroom - With roll top bath, shower cubicle, twin basins and WC.

Second Floor

Manuscript Room - Sleeps 4, with two sets of bunk beds.

Elvis and Priscilla Room - Sleeps 2, with zip & link bed which can be set up as either a double or twins. Please state your preference in the special requests box when booking.

Roof terrace - A real bonus in such a central location. Located to the rear of the property.

Cloakroom - With wash basin and WC.

Third Floor

Roof Top Suite - Sleeps 3, with a 5ft double bed and a large single sofa bed. Access onto a small, rear balcony.

Due to it's central location, there isn't a parking space at this property. There are resident parking bays nearby, where you can park for free from 8pm to 9am, as well as in the pay and display bays during the day.

“Perfect place”

Great place. Easy to book, easy to find and the perfect layout for a big group. The added balconies and large kitchen were a bonus which were ideal places to retreat to in the afternoon. The room were a good size and comfy. The only small downfall was the lack of bathrooms to people when you max out the house with 16 people but this wouldn't stop me from booking the place again.

“Great place for a party!”

The house was massive and the beds were clean and comfy, but it was shabbier than the pictures let on, which was kind of ok as we were a group of hens ready to party all weekend, if I was to stay there with my family I would have felt differently. The showers were dirty and a few door handles fell off on first touch! Also the location is a bit further from the centre of brighton than we would have liked. But the beach is close and you can see the sea from the balconies. All in all a great house, but rather expensive for the overall condition. The staff at the company were more than helpful and friendly, and the key was dropped with us immediately on arrival, also my
