The Star of Brunswick benefits from its own private front door entrance, large open plan living area, two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor patio area.

As you go in, the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are of a very good size and one has an en-suite wet room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom provides a zip and lock bed so can be turned into a double or two singles, depending on your preference.

The staircase goes from the front door and down to the living area which has a light and airy lounge with access to a small patio/terrace. To the left is the large kitchen area which is fully fitted with integrated appliances. It also has a dining table and chairs, kitchen breakfast bar and, in our opinion, is suitable for any dinner party.

In addition to the two bedrooms, the sofa in the living area opens out into another double bed, allowing the property to sleep six guests.

It is immaculate throughout with bright white walls and all hi-spec fittings and appliances - you really could move straight in or use as a perfect holiday home.

The Star of Brunswick is a15- 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton. Hove Station is a 15 minute walk and Brighton station approximately 25 minutes.

This is a brilliant location as buses run from here to everywhere in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas. Both Brighton and Hove shopping centres are within a short walking distance and there is a plenty of independent cafes, bars, delis and restaurants right on the doorstep.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.

Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.

We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

The Brighton and Hove region

Hove

The seafront in Brighton is beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. The Brunswick area is literally situated on the seafront and offers the Hove lawns to relax on, meet friends or do some exercise.

The architecture in the area is something to rival the Royal Crescent in Bath or some of the properties in West London.

The South Downs are also on our doorstep with great vistas and lots of walking/riding potential.

Getting around

Brighton or Hove train stations are the best. You can walk from either in 15-20 minutes Buses run along Western Road and can take you to anywhere in the city Taxi's are pretty quick to answer and arrive Walking is probably the easiest as everything is within a short range. You can stroll east down the seafront to the pier or west to the Hove Lagoon. If you have any requests please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Interaction with guest

We'll be in touch prior to your stay and give you welcome information and help with parking. On check in we meet you on arrival, give you keys and show you around. The property is in a great location with a couple of local supermarkets at the top of the road along with a Patisserie Valerie a lovely deli and several pubs. We will be on hand during your stay should an issue arise.

“Gorgeous, modern & spacious apartment 10/10”

My group of girlfriends wanted to stay in Brighton recently for the weekend for a spot of shopping, dinner and drinks. We decided to stay in the Star of Brunswick due to it's great location to both Brighton and Hove, allowing us to explore all of the local cafe's and bars. We were also easily able to pop to Churchill square for the day to treat ourselves to a few things which was great! The apartment itself has an elegant minimalistic style, with pops of bright colours giving it an instantly joyful feel as step inside. It is beautifully light due to large windows, a sky light and even a patio with French windows.This fantastic as we were lucky enough to get a sunny day so we could sip cocktails outside at our leisure! There is a large round table as well as a breakfast bar, so you can even spend your weekend here without going out for dinner, and simply enjoy staying in to cook for your friends. The kitchen is stocked up with anything you would need in order to do this. Both bathrooms were big enough for a group of six ladies to get ready in, with large mirrors and a wet room style shower, giving a 5* hotel feel. Overall I couldn't be happier with the experience I had staying here, we each voted our weekend a 10/10, and would recommend this to anyone looking to come and enjoy Brighton.

“Fabulous Apartment in a great location!”

We stayed in this lovely apartment over the Easter weekend. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apartment is spacious and contemporary and just around the corner from the seafront. Hove is a great place with loads of interesting shops, coffee bars and restaurants but an easy 10 min walk into the bustle of Brighton. We will definitely be back!!

“Exactly What we Needed”

All we needed was a place to stay for six people, for one night. This was perfect. Hotels in the area were all £200 a night for a double room and most of them also wanted a minimum 2 night stay so the costs would have been astronomical. Not only did this place work out costing us a little over £50 each, it is decorated to an excellent standard and is very modern inside. Its very close to the beach and a short taxi to the main bars. You're also just off Western St anyway. Great location, Great place and great price considering what else is on offer. I will certainly be using Holiday Lettings in the future. If there was one thing that was slightly annoying its the late check in and early check out times though. We had to be out by 10am. Could've done with a couple more hours to sleep off the booze! Brighton is a great place to party though.

We stayed in this modern luxury flat in Hove over the weekend of 7-9 June 2013. It truly was a wonderful weekend away & this accommodation made all the difference. It was very well located to all the amenities that we required. It is very well equipped & we didn't need for anything. The flat was once a bar & the features have been put to good use to give this flat quirkiness. It was also great value for money and the flexibility meant we were not required to stay a set amount of nights We will definitely return to this little gem as it was a great find!!
