A beautiful home with the mountain as your play ground. Sweeping views of the valley and situated in a village but only 15 minutes from a bustling city. We endeavor to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Meals are available on request. Apartment is private and opens onto a pool area.

“Excellent stay with hotel service!”

Sally & Dale, where to begin...first of all the location in Houtbay near Cape Town...wonderfull and it's allready the 5th time that we visited Houtbay so we known our way around a little bit!! It's very quiet and private, because it's in a private part of the mountain and you're really in a separated part of the home, nice interior space with modern design style and technoligy, very clean all the time thanks to MacD, the housekeeper. Even the view from inside to the mountains is fabulous. And then you on to the terrace and pool area and that's even more beautifull...nice pool and quiet terrace where you can relax all day long if you want, nice barbeque area to enjoy a good 'braai'! We find this villa-apartment really stylish and high level, living in all luxury on the top of the mountain, you just have to love this place. Thanks a lot for our stay, it was excellent! Hopefully see you next year, regards, Michel & Monique

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
