Description

Well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities which simply

offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is very

spacious and well-dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping

quarters and a total of three large bathrooms. All bathrooms have with

showers and underfloor heating.

The house has a pool area, which includes both pool with water slide,

sauna and large built-in whirlpool with back massage, seating massage

and hand held shower. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with

flat-screen TV, Nintendo Wii, lounge area and wood-burning stove. On the

other side of the centrally placed living/dining room you come into the

activity room where you can take you a game of darts or pool at the

billiards table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis.

Both the pool area and activity room is a great gathering place for the

whole family.

On the spacious plot that surrounds the house the owner has thought of

the younger guests with sandpit, swings and trampoline (usage at own

risk/insurance). The adults can relax on the sunbeds on the terrace.

Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from

the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit

must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.
