27 waterways is a 3 bedroom Swift Moselle 38 ft. x 12ft spacious caravan with beautiful sea views.

The caravan sleeps 6-8 persons; offering three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms, two bathrooms one with shower, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with a corner settee & sofa bed, the caravan is fully double glazed with gas central heating.

Bedding is provided at no extra charge and we WELCOME well behaved dogs.

Hopton holiday park has on site restaurants and bars serving excellent food & drinks , ****daily entertainment from early morning to midnight catering for all ages: come and meet the Haven characters, the Fun Stars and sample the family / adult shows(see photos). Bouncy castle (free) in children's play area. Haven Hopton has won ' Best Haven Holiday Park' 2015.

The site offers two swimming pool, sports activities, children's play area, amusements, crazy golf and there are several golf courses around Gorleston , Hopton, Corton and Lowestoft. Excellent area for beach fishing and boat fishing trips run from Gorleston, Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth.

The caravan has sea views and has easy access to the beautiful sandy beach just a few yards away. Hopton also has two local village pubs, post office, hair dressers, beauty salon's. .

Fantastic area for sea-fishing, Golfing and beautiful cliff top/beach walks to Gorleston, Gunton, Corton and Lowestoft.

****Fun works passes if required are purchased from reception for access to swimming pools, children's entertainment and show bars.

Please note: November & December bookings are from midday Friday to Monday 11am *** The Fun works / swimming pools are closed during the winter season.

Great caravan fantastic location,every thing in the caravan you need. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the cleaner had forgotten to dust, apart from that thank you Avril for a great holiday.

Thank you Avril just had a 4 day break caravan is beautiful and very comfy shower is great and is 2 min walk to the beach which our little dog enjoyed would recommend and book again.

Lovely surprise when we opened the door to our lovely little holiday retreat all wonderfully clean and comfey.we just loved the location right next to the sea beautiful spot.. couldn't find better.. many hours spent walking the dog along the beach so assessable. Site friendly all you would need garden restaurant relaxing and serves great food. Can't wait to return next year.would defiantly recommend any time of the year.

Lovely caravan, fab peaceful location. I went to this caravan with husband, 18 year old daughter, 17 year old son, 3 year old granddaughter and our Cockapoo, not a single complaint was heard the whole week! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves, my granddaughter loved the clubhouse/complex which she visited every day with her young auntie & uncle, the beach is beautiful which is indeed visible from this lovely caravan (quite a few steps down to it or a ramp 5 minutes walk away). I love the fact that there's a great garden space beside the caravan, it's not all squashed up next to it's neighbours, it's also situated on a lovely open green area so you don't feel closed in. The caravan itself is very well equipped and very comfortable, including the double bed which is unusual as I normally find caravan beds hard & uncomfortable, great shower and very handy second toilet. All in all a great holiday would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting.

We had spent a lovely week in this caravan. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The weather was amazing which helped. The campsite has lots to offer and is in a good location for the beach and local attractions in Great Yarmouth. My only slight negative would be that the "sea view" is an over exaggeration. Communication with the owner was good and we would definitely go back for another stay.

Love this caravan! Everything you could need for a stay. We wanted a seaside holiday with a 9month old and a dog, couldn't have picked a better spot. Loads of room in the van and fully equipped. Clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable and better than some hotels I've stayed in! Shower is fab and powerful. All the things that matter. Communication with the owner really good. We didn't really go for the Haven site but there's plenty to do if you fancy it. We did buy fun passes to use the pool and some of the facilities. Beach is 2 mins walk from the van and there's miles and miles of it, dog loved it. Would recommend to anyone as we loved it.
