Description

Villa Verano is a 10 bedroom luxury beachfront villa located in Hopkins Village, Belize. The entire villa has five bedrooms on the first floor, four on the second, and one on the rooftop/third floor. The first and second floors have a grand suite which includes a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, and convenient laundry room. Each room has its own private bath, a large flat screen TV, hair dryer, safe, and robes. There is Wi-Fi throughout the entire villa.

Some of our amenities include bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, trimaran, 70' swimming pool, hot tub, air-conditioned gym, and a games room with a billiards table and ping pong. We offer customized and daily meal plans with a private chef and wait staff, as well as kitchen and bar stocking.

We are licensed tour operators and can assist with any marine and inland tours.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
