All rooms are with waterview. Watch the kangaroos, ducks and swans in front of the villa!

No street noise and no noisy public pool.

Its an gated community 24/7, you can feel very secure!

Not a poblem to send you an Tax Invoice.

This Waterfront Resort Villa comes with a 4 seater golf buggy, aircon, WiFi / Internet and Telstra TV with Netflix etc. You have 3 TVs one in each bedroom and one in livingroom.

Jump in one of the resort pools, have a tennis match or play Golf. Take the Golf Buggy for an out to explore this beautiful area around.

Enjoy this fantastic home within a great location. Get the best of both worlds and enjoy the quiet surrounds only minutes from all the major Gold Coast Attractions. This lovely Villa features a great floor plan with beautiful views and provides plenty of space and facilities for the whole family to enjoy.

Watch the kangaroos from the balcony.

WiFi, Fast Broadband, Golf Buggy, towels, bed linen and the little soaps in the bathrooms are provided and included in the price. Also is the cleaning fee included.
