We stayed at 'The Barn' at the beginning of March. Unseasonable warm weather meant we never really got cold. However, the cottage itself is very comfortable, with just about everything you need (except bedding and towels). It is all open plan, including the bedrooms which are partitioned by blinds and curtains, so you can still have some privacy. The kitchen area is well equipped, and the shower is excellent. Monsieur Cayeux is very friendly and helpful, and maintains the cottage to a high standard. The location is great for Honfleur, Caen, and Bayeaux. There are some good walks nearby, but it may feel a little isolated as there are few amenities within easy walking distance. Overall, I would recommend The Barn, and I hope to visit again in the future.
