Olly's is an unusual venture in a holiday cottage – one that offers and is designed for short breaks the whole year round. Not just available, but designed for quality getaway breaks.

The cottage is also unusual in offering two rooms both with en-suite facilities, eminently suitable for parties of 4 adults wanting to be located at the heart of Holt with all the facilities that Holt has to offer, right on the doorstep.

Whether your visit to Holt, Norfolk is for recreation or for shopping or attendance at a party or wedding, we can offer all that you need. Better than just having a hotel room, you will have the facility of a lounge and kitchen to yourselves – ideal for those who do not wish to dress for breakfast or want to rise later - and suited to those who like to relax in privacy at the end of the day, watch TV or a DVD or listen to music – wearing your pyjamas if you wish!

Olly's is located in Peacock Lane, just at the end of the High Street. At most a few minutes stroll from all of the restaurants mentioned. Alternatively, for those evenings when you prefer to eat in, you have the facility to do so – with a choice of excellent shops to purchase fresh provisions or perhaps a high quality ready meal from a delicatessen or a takeaway – and the dishwasher can take care of the washing up.

Regrettably, Olly's is not designed or suitable for young children in terms of safety equipment or furnishings and pets cannot be accepted at any time. Please contact us for clarification if needed.

Strictly non-smoking throughout.

Ideally located for those who wish to wander into town to eat or to browse the many independent retailers the town can boast. There are also a variety of pleasant walks in the surrounding area and slightly further afield, a choice of beaches, gardens, the Poppy Line steam railway, stately homes and other attractions.

THE PLACE for your getaway break in Holt.

Location description from owner

The East Anglia region

North Norfolk is one of England's premier tourist regions but it does not look to provide space age attractions but gives visitors the chance to step back and experience life at a pace which can be enjoyed. Its very nature of being primarily level without high peaks makes it ideal for relaxed travel and makes walking and cycling so much more of a pleasure rather than a struggle.

Here in Holt, North Norfolk the pace is relaxed and the big skies are a feature used by so many artists. The coastline is attractive and provides an unending interest as it changes both in activity and scene. We have ancient woodlands, historic houses, a royal residence nearby and, as one of the least densely populated regions of England so much more space whilst being easily accessible from most places in the UK. Come and visit us, you will noir be disappointed and will no doubt become a regular visitor and, perhaps, eventually even a resident.

Holt

Olly;s is at the heart of the Geogian market town of Holt in North Norfolk now regarded as a prime retail experience with a multitude of independent stores providing all manner of unique offerings along with many restaurants, bars, cafes and elsewhere to enjoy a quality experience with service virtually long forgotten elsewhere.

Holt sits in the beautiful region of North Norfolk, just a few miles from the sea and wide sandy beeches with any number of historic and other visitor attractions close to hand. Holt even has its own station sitting at the end of the famous "Poppy Line", the North Norfolk Steam Railway.

If you come to Holt you will fall in love with a past way of living and like so many will probably return again and again.
