This is a gorgeous home, just 1/4 block from the beach which you can see from the balcony. Private elevator to all floors, relaxing living room with flat screen TV. Impressive Kitchen with granite counter tops, Stainless steel appliances, wood floors, bar sitting area, large dining room. Comfortable bedrooms on second floor, with high speed internet, Living room and Kitchen have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Three balconies with different views. Private pool(heated in winter), Jacuzzi is not a hot tub (it is at same temp as pool) private garage, and much more. Stay in luxury just short distance from the beach.,

Great place, great location, great vacation

We stay at Anna Maria for 12 days and if we could we would be there for 12 years. Awesome place and great host. Everything was ready for us. Only high marks. Thanks

Yes it is a very heavily used unit, the Owners were arriving in November and the Painters, carpet people, landscaping is all schedule to be done, it has been less than a year since most of this was done. The unit because of its location is always rented with no down time, so when the Owners come in they re-do all of what a year has done. We are aware of it, and is all being done again. With this unit you have a great view of the beach in a private home with private pool, grill, and it is a little worn from a years use but it was not beyond acceptable. Fall is not the most expensive time, and the rate for this unit is very competitive for all that it offers. We do appreciate any comments that will help us be aware of what our guest desires and if there is anything that needs immediate attention we want to get it fixed right away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
