Only Ten minutes from the Branson strip, Historic Downtown Branson, Branson Airport and the popular Branson Landing shopping and restaurants, and only five minutes from Top Of The Rock Golf Course and Big Cedar Lodge. This clean NON SMOKING/Pet Free, SPACIOUS nine foot ceiling, great room style, 2-bedroom condo features TWO MASTER SUITES with master bathrooms, each with double vanities, large jacuzzi style tubs and walk in closets. With a SPLIT FLOOR PLAN, and the great room separating the bedrooms and each featuring extremely comfortable KING SIZE BEDS, this condo is perfect for two couples traveling together or a family where Mom and Dad can enjoy PRIVACY in their own space. Two twin air-beds and inflater are provided for two additional guests. Upgraded trim and solid core paneled doors, rustic oil rubbed bronze light fixtures and cabinet hardware, corner fireplace with FLAT SCREEN TV, large sectional sofa, a table with seating for six, plus a two seat island and a LARGE, well equipped, KITCHEN with a laundry center. If you enjoy cooking together, this is your kitchen! A furnished SUNROOM off the great room and the lakeside bedroom add to the spaciousness of this large condo. With a SERENE VIEW of the timbered Ozark mountain surroundings and the CRYSTAL BLUE LAKE off the back deck, you will feel immersed in nature. The Condo is located on the WATERS EDGE! Getting around

The condo is the easiest location on the lake to get to all the attractions. Just off Hwy 65 and 275!

Interaction with guest

As soon as your contact information is released to us upon your final payment, we will email you registration forms to fill out. Two weeks prior to your stay we will email you condo directions, information, condo care and your computer generated entry code for your stay. Upon arrival at the condo you will text or phone us to let us know your arrived and everything is satisfactory. We are available via texting and phone for your entire stay! House rules

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property inside, and even outside on the deck, since it can go up into the owners windows above, or back into our windows. It is a very quiet property and all other occupants in the building are owners, so it is very important to us that we are good neighbors. Our Condo is set up for 4 adult guests ONLY, perfect for two couples or a single family with kids. Since this is our home away from home, we are delighted to have guests who will treat it with TLC.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
