This privately owned, stunning new apartment is the largest in the complex, it can be booked with the choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms. It boasts a large spacious lounge with open concept living space which opens completely onto a private 40ft balcony. This large balcony has comfortable seating for 4, two foot stools plus drinks table, 'Alfresco Dining' for 6, plus 2 loungers, also offering easy access to the pool area. The American style kitchen is fully fitted with the added bonus of an American size fridge/freezer (with ice maker and filtered water) washing machine, oven, hob & microwave. There is a large breakfast bar with 2 stools, 47" flat screen TV, full British TV with sports and films, internet, local telephone, private parking space and all the furnishings necessary for an extremely comfortable stay. Excessive use of electricity is chargeable. There is an average electricity allowance of 15 units per day for a 1 bedroom apt and 20 units for a 2 bedroom apt. A/C and fans should be used economically. Meters will be read on arrival and departure.
